Director � C-17 Field Services Integrated Product Team

Foot is the Director of the C-17 Field Services Integrated Product Team (IPT) for the Product Support � Boeing Aerospace Support at C-17 sites, responsible for all field through life support to the US Air Force and international customers.
Prior to this assignment, he was the first Base Manager at McChord AFB, in charge of setting up Boeing�s team and supporting the initial aircraft deliveries.
Foot became Base Manager in January 1998, after serving 28 years in the U.S. Air Force, retiring as a Brigadier General from the position as Vice Commander of the Air Force Special Operations Command, responsible for world-wide clandestine operations.
From 1990 to 1995 he was the Vice Wing Commander at Charleston AFB and the Wing Commander at both McChord AFB and Travis AFB.
A highly decorated veteran, be spent most of his career in special operations, airlift and mobility. He flew combat missions in Southeast Asia and Desert Storm and was the Joint Forces Air Component Commander (JFACC) in Rwanda in 1994.
Foot holds a bachelors degree in international affairs from the U.S. Air Force Academy and a Master�s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas. He completed courses at the National War College and in National Security at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
