A troop lounge, Xbox, computers with free internet, and a deli serving breakfast, lunch and dinner for free can all be found at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (on the McChord side) at the USO Northwest Shali Center. Staff and volunteers provide programs and services developed to meet the unique needs of today's military and their families. The USO NW Shali Center works with base operations during troop deployments to distribute individual USO care packages to each military member deploying to combat zones through Joint Base Lewis-McChord.

Every month, the USO Northwest Shali Center hosts a "No Dough" Dinner for service members and their families. This program offers free hot meals with all the fixings on the evening before payday for our military personnel.
